It’s never too late to join the circus! We have taught people in their 40s, 50s and 60s. Most of our classes are suitable for total beginners with basic physical abilities (able to stand, walk, sit and kneel without difficulty). It’s also a great, supportive and friendly community to get involved in, so come along, learn some stuff, and get to know us! No previous experience necessary – learn from scratch or improve your technique.
Our fun but challenging weekly sessions at Room To Move will work on conditioning and flexibility to develop your technique. Featured classes include Juggling & Diablo, Conditioning & Flexibility, Handstands, and Acrobalance. Weekly acrobalance classes are at Dance Base, and will be returning in 2016. Classes at all venues can be booked below, starting from £30 for a block of 5 or 6 weeks, or £6.75 per drop-in session. To book a single session, click here and select ‘drop-in’. More classes are being planned so if you don’t see one you can make, get in touch!
Block A: Monday 9 January – Sunday 12 February
Block B: Monday 20 February – Sunday 2 April
Block C: Monday 17 April – Sunday 28 May
